滾珠絲杠的運(yùn)行速度。合適的運(yùn)行速度曲線可以提高絲杠的壽命。通常的設(shè)置是：勻加速---勻速---勻減速。并且速度是有限制的，這個(gè)值是動(dòng)態(tài)的，可以參考DN值，一般情況是速度與長(zhǎng)度成反比，與直徑和精度成正比。

The running speed of the ball screw. A suitable operating speed curve can improve the lifespan of the lead screw. The usual settings are: uniform acceleration - uniform speed - uniform deceleration. And the maximum speed is limited, which is dynamic and can refer to the DN value. Generally, the speed is inversely proportional to the length and directly proportional to the diameter and accuracy.

滾珠絲杠的調(diào)整。本次調(diào)整主要針對(duì)螺母調(diào)整松緊度（預(yù)緊力），不建議用戶自行調(diào)整螺母間隙。你可以試試墊圈式（兩個(gè)螺母之間有環(huán)的那種）可以拆下來(lái)量一下環(huán)的厚度，然后做一個(gè)尺寸一樣但比它厚一點(diǎn)的（取決于螺母的大小，厚度增幅不同，建議在0.05到0.15之間），安裝試試看。

Adjustment of ball screw. This adjustment is mainly aimed at adjusting the tightness (pre tightening force) of the nut, and it is not recommended for users to adjust the nut clearance themselves. You can try the washer type (the type with a ring between two nuts). You can remove it and measure the thickness of the ring, and then make a size that is the same but slightly thicker than it (depending on the size of the nut, the thickness increase varies, it is recommended to be between 0.05 and 0.15). Try installing it.

滾珠絲杠的潤(rùn)滑。絲杠出廠時(shí)已潤(rùn)滑，短時(shí)間內(nèi)無(wú)需添加潤(rùn)滑脂。一段時(shí)間后（視運(yùn)行條件而定，約3～6個(gè)月），用戶需要進(jìn)行定期潤(rùn)滑。有脂潤(rùn)滑和油潤(rùn)滑兩種。該潤(rùn)滑脂適用于中低速及常溫場(chǎng)合。潤(rùn)滑脂可以是鈣基或鋰基的。潤(rùn)滑油適用于中高速、低溫和高溫場(chǎng)合，可根據(jù)工作溫度和轉(zhuǎn)速選擇合適的粘度。

Lubrication of ball screw. The screw is lubricated when leaving the factory, and there is no need to add lubricating grease for a short period of time. After a period of time (depending on operating conditions, approximately 3-6 months), users need to undergo regular lubrication. There are two types of lubrication: grease lubrication and oil lubrication. This grease is suitable for medium to low speed and room temperature applications. Lubricating grease can be calcium or lithium based. Lubricating oil is suitable for medium to high speed, low temperature, and high temperature applications, and suitable viscosity can be selected based on working temperature and speed.

滾珠絲杠的清潔。長(zhǎng)期使用后，螺母內(nèi)部會(huì)殘留金屬粉塵和油脂的混合物，有條件的可以考慮清洗。

滾珠絲杠的檢查。絲杠長(zhǎng)期使用后性能下降是不可避免的，但為了防止突然故障，可以多做檢查。主要靠聽(tīng)和看。當(dāng)你聽(tīng)到它時(shí)——有咔噠聲嗎？聲音要么是珠子有問(wèn)題，要么是循環(huán)器損壞。再看——觀察絲杠滾道是否有劃痕，特別是經(jīng)常性劃痕，三觸——冰涼順滑或暖暖滑是沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的。

Mainly relying on listening and watching. When you hear it - is there a clicking sound? The sound is either a problem with the beads or a damaged circulator. Looking again - observe if there are scratches on the screw raceway, especially frequent scratches. Three touch - cool and smooth or warm and smooth is no problem.
