2、將固定側(cè)插入，擰緊鎖緊螺帽，用墊塊和內(nèi)六角固定螺栓將其固定。

2. Insert the fixed side, tighten the locking nut, and secure it with a cushion block and an internal hexagonal fixing bolt.

3、支撐側(cè)軸承用止動(dòng)環(huán)固定到螺桿軸上，并裝入支撐側(cè)支撐座。

三、導(dǎo)軌絲杠工作臺(tái)程基座上的安裝：

1、使用支座把滾珠螺桿螺帽安裝在工作臺(tái)時(shí)，將螺帽插入支座并暫時(shí)擰緊。

2、將固定側(cè)暫時(shí)擰緊到基座上。這時(shí)，請(qǐng)將工作臺(tái)靠近固定側(cè)支撐單元并對(duì)準(zhǔn)軸，調(diào)整工作臺(tái)使基能平滑移動(dòng)。以固定側(cè)為基準(zhǔn)時(shí)，請(qǐng)調(diào)整滾珠螺桿螺帽與工作臺(tái)或支座內(nèi)之間保持一定間隙。以工作臺(tái)為基準(zhǔn)時(shí)，用薄墊片調(diào)整（角型支撐單元用）、或?qū)⒙菝蓖獗砻媾c安裝部?jī)?nèi)面之間留一定間隙（圓型支撐座用）進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

2. Temporarily tighten the fixed side to the base. 3、將工作臺(tái)靠近固定側(cè)支撐單元，并對(duì)準(zhǔn)軸，使工作臺(tái)往返數(shù)次，一直調(diào)整到螺帽整個(gè)行程都能平滑運(yùn)動(dòng)，并暫時(shí)將支撐座擰緊在基座上。確認(rèn)精度及完全擰緊支撐單元用千分表一邊測(cè)試滾珠螺桿軸端的擺動(dòng)及軸向間隙，一邊按順序完全擰緊滾珠螺桿的螺帽、螺帽支座、固定側(cè)、支撐側(cè)。

3. Place the workbench close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the center of the shaft, allowing the workbench to travel back and forth several times until the entire stroke of the nut can move smoothly, and temporarily tighten the support seat on the base. Confirm the accuracy and fully tighten the support unit. Use a dial indicator to test the swing and axial clearance of the ball screw shaft end while fully tightening the nut, nut support, fixed side, and support side of the ball screw in sequence.

四、與馬達(dá)的連接

2、用聯(lián)軸節(jié)將將馬達(dá)與滾珠螺桿連接起來(lái)。(注意安裝精度)
